The motor yacht ARETHA, built by ODISEJ d.o.o. in 2018 and refitted in 2024, is a 49-meter vessel designed to accommodate up to 30 guests, supported by a professional crew of 12.

The layout features 15 cabins arranged across multiple decks. On the upper deck, two VIP suites offer private terraces and jacuzzis. The main deck hosts nine cabins, including three doubles and six convertible cabins configurable as twin or double, each with en-suite facilities. The lower deck includes four additional cabins - three doubles and one convertible - also with private bathrooms.

Interior spaces are designed to comfortably accommodate large groups, with multiple leisure areas including a cinema room, massage room, and a fully equipped gym. The décor follows a contemporary, understated style, using practical and durable materials suited for charter use.

Outdoor decks form the core of the onboard lifestyle. The spacious sundeck features a bar, two jacuzzis, and multiple social areas. Additional alfresco dining spaces and an extended swim platform provide easy access to the water and enhance the overall onboard experience.

A unique highlight is the floating pickleball court, adding a distinctive option for active entertainment at sea. The yacht is also equipped with an extensive range of water toys, including a Sea-Doo jet ski, seabob, e-foil, water skis, wakeboard, inflatables, kayaks, paddleboards, a water slide, and a floating platform.
